Virgin Gorda is the third largest island of the BVI's. The former capital of the
British Virgin Islands is Spanish Town, the biggest city of Virgin Gorda.
The island's main attractions are a group of giant granite rocks called "The Baths",
surrounding the sandy bays of the south west part of the island. When the tide is low,
you can swim in its natural
seawater pools. In addition to basic hotels there are two first class resorts:
Little Dix Bay, which is named after the beautiful swimming bay where it is located,
and Biras Creek on the Biras Bay at the north of the island.
